2.- Use of the website<\/h2>\n
The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Website and\/or the HOMMING App (hereinafter and jointly, the “Platform”).\nThe Platform may provide access to a multitude of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content, and information (hereinafter, the “Content”) belonging to HOMMING or third parties to which the User may have access.\nThe User agrees to make appropriate use of the Content and Services offered through the Platform and by way of example, but not limited to, not to use them for:

  • Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the HOMMING Platform, its suppliers or third parties.<\/li>\n \t
  • Introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems capable of causing the aforementioned damage.<\/li>\n \t
  • Attempt to access, use and\/or manipulate the data of HOMMING third party suppliers and other users.<\/li>\n \t
  • Reproduce or copy, distribute, allow public access through any form of public communication, transform or modify the Contents, unless authorized by HOMMING.<\/li>\n \t
  • Delete, hide or manipulate the Contents subject to intellectual or industrial property rights and other data identifying said rights of HOMMING or third parties incorporated to the Contents, as well as the technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be inserted in the Contents.<\/li>\n<\/ul> HOMMING warns that the materials contained in the Platform have been included for information purposes only, so they are insufficient to make decisions or take positions in a particular case.\nThe User must take into account that the materials contained in the Platform may not reflect the most recent legislative or jurisprudential status on the issues analyzed.\nLikewise, these materials may be modified, developed or updated without prior notice.\nHOMMING shall have the right to investigate and report any of the aforementioned conducts in accordance with the Law, as well as to cooperate with the authorities in the investigation of such actions.\nHOMMING may temporarily suspend, without prior notice, accessibility to the Platform for maintenance, repair, updating or improvement operations.\nHowever, whenever circumstances permit, HOMMING will communicate to the User, with sufficient notice, the planned date for the suspension of the Services.\nHOMMING is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Contents included in the Platform. <\/div>\n

    Intellectual and Industrial Property<\/h2>\n
    All intellectual property rights of the Content of the Platform and its graphic design are the exclusive property of HOMMING, or of a third party that has authorized the use of these, so it is HOMMING to whom corresponds the exclusive exercise of the rights of exploitation of these.\nTherefore, and by virtue of the provisions of the applicable legislation on Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights.\nHOMMING does not grant any license or authorization of use of any kind on its intellectual and industrial property rights or any other property or right related to the Platform, the Services or the Contents thereof.\nThe reproduction and temporary storage of the contents of the Platform is allowed as long as it is strictly necessary for the use and visualization of the Platform from a personal device.\nThe legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the Content provided by users is the sole responsibility of the same, so the User shall indemnify HOMMING from any third party claim arising from the unlawful use of Content on the Platform. <\/div>\n
