“It has been interesting because there has been a before and after with homming, of having everything a little uncontrolled and that both tenants and owners have to call us for anything phone call, whatsapp or mail, which in the end you also entertain yourself.<\/p>\n

But even to request a document, having everything on the platform, all that documentation controlled, a single tip, has made it much easier for them to find all that documentation much more organized, so that they always have a place to go to, for example, to create an incident on a Saturday night at ten o’clock at night. And that has really made the customer experience for both the tenant and the landlord much, much better today.”<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

“Well, nowadays I wouldn’t consider it, and we have been working without it for a long time, but I think that if a business wants to grow, maintain and evolve, technology is essential. Besides, well, technology today provides many solutions to all those problems we encounter in our business on a daily basis and makes it easier for you. So it is unthinkable to work without technology at all.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
