“I recommend homming to everyone who has a rental property, because it doesn’t matter if you have one or 50, we all want to grow.<\/p>\n

So if you have one I understand that you are on the road to having two.<\/p>\n

Well, we are a family business, my father was in the fruit business and in the 90’s he started to take the profits he made from the business and invest them in real estate, buying with mortgages.<\/p>\n

The company has been growing, accumulating almost 150 tenants.<\/p>\n

So software is a must for us.<\/p>\n

And that has led to a moment in which when you grow in terms of the number of properties you manage, which becomes a bit overwhelming, then homming has basically contributed its organization to the company”.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

“Homing is a software that helps us to have everything related to rentals in one place.<\/p>\n

So there we have the names, the tenants, the form of contact, the incidents of the apartments, all the data of each one of the apartments, which is fundamental, fundamental to have the deed, the simple notes, everything related to the commercial registry and we also manage the collections and payments, both the payments of the breakdowns and taxes, as well as any expense related to the property and the collections from the tenants.<\/p>\n

So it is a tool that allows us to have everything together.<\/p>\n

So it would be like a big ERP for real estate assets that allows you to have all the information in one place.”<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How did you manage before homming?<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

“Well, at the beginning I managed it with Excel, the thing is that Excel grew because as I needed things, for example, there came a time when I needed to get the net profitability, so I had to start entering all the real expenses, then the excel grew, grew, another time came when the ibby receipts arrived, then I had to have a way to manage when I pay the ibby receipt, if it has gone up, if it has not gone up, and it grew again, I started to explore software, I started with other software, I was not convinced by the usability and finally, when I saw homming, I saw that it was something that even if you have to dedicate some effort at the beginning or to configure it well, then any person with a minimum learning curve can manage it on a daily basis without any problem.”<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

“It has helped me a lot to improve communication with my clients because we do everything through the platform, everything is registered, everything is seen there and is in writing, both signatures and communications, as well as the sending of documentation, so that simplifies a lot for both parties, both for us as a real estate agency and for the tenant.”<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

“Well, I have made several purchases from people who had properties that they managed without technology and they have sold them to me cheaper than what the market says because they simply didn’t know if they were really winning or losing.<\/p>\n

So at that level I see managing this today without technology is not knowing if you win or lose, much less being able to get an exact number, in other words, I see it as impossible, totally impossible”.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
